Ivan Kanel

Ivan Kanel is a Managing Partner at Jakarta-based public accounting firm Kanel & Rekan (KNR) and is the founder of Indonesia Global Law Firm which represents independent member of PrimeGlobal in Indonesia. He is also the founder of Accounting Services Firm KJA SK & Co and Registered Tax Consultant Firm PT Prodigi Konsultan.

Ivan has over 22 years of experience specializing in the international aspects of Indonesian Tax, Accounting, Financial & Business Advisory, and Auditing fields. Ivan is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI), Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and Indonesia Institute of Management Accountant (IAMI) in Indonesia. Ivan is also a member in the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) in Indonesia and Australia and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant in Singapore. Ivan is an active Member of Tax Committee at IAPI, Audit Committee at PT Devindo Karya Persada, Tbk and Member of Quality Department – IAI Kompartemen Akuntan Kantor Jasa Akuntansi IAI. Ivan is also a lecturer at Tarumanagara University and Trisakti School of Management in Jakarta.

Wenny Sugianto

Wenny Sugianto is a Partner at Tangerang based KAP Kanel & Rekan. She has more than 10 years experience across audit and accounting advisory services both for multinational and local companies. Prior to joining KAP Kanel & Rekan, she worked at one of big-4 firms. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

She has extensive experience in a variety of assignments related to assurance services such as financial statement audits/review and various attestation services, including agreed upon procedures for various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, retail and consumer products, plantation, property and construction, automotive, pharmaceuticals, advertising, e-commerce, energy & mining, and financial services (banking, insurance and reksa dana).

She has also experienced in advising clients on complex accounting and tax issues, new accounting standard implementation, GAAP conversion/reconciliation, merger & acquisition, financial modelling, accounting outsourcing services and financial reporting services.

Meka Darwis

Meka Darwis is a partner at the Jakarta-based public accounting firm Kanel dan Rekan and accounting services firm KJA CV. SK & Co. With over 15 years of experience, He specializes in accounting, tax, finance, auditing and ESG sector. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI), and the Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee (IKAI). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) in Australia and the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant  (ACPA) in Singapore.

He holds a degree in Accounting. He has several professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Audit Committee Practitioner (CACP) and Certified Environmental and Sustainability Analyst (CESA). He is currently a dual master’s degree candidate, which includes both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, and a Master of Management (MM) from University of Indonesia, targeting graduation in December 2025.

Meka is registered at Audit Board Of The Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI).

Ary Gunawan Witoyo

Ary is a Partner at West Jakarta based KAP Kanel dan Rekan. He has more than 20 years of public accounting experience in serving local, multinational, listed and state-owned entities. He has extensive experience in general audit, review, agreed-upon procedures, accounting services, finance and tax due diligences.

Prior to joining KAP Tjahjadi & Tamara (Morison Global) as a Junior Partner in January 2023, he has more than 10 years of experience as Senior Manager in EY Indonesia. His extensive auditing experience, including but not limited to, manufacturing, trading, retail, broadcasting and media, container terminal, as well as a number of financial services industries, such as securities and multi finance in EY Indonesia. In December 2025, he joined KAP Kanel dan Rekan (PrimeGlobal) as Partner.
